Yes. Seckora Consulting can either install and keep a support connection active, or use a one-time download to assist you remotely. See our remote support section.
Will I be charged mileage for on-site repairs?
Yes. Our current rate is $1.00 per mile for on-site service. Labor rates may also apply for destinations over 50 miles away.
